Dr. David J. English
Head Pastor
Pastor David J. English was born in Philadelphia, PA and raised in Morgantown, WV. He attended Word of Life Bible Institute and Cedarville College. He received his M.Div. from Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary, his Th.M. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and his D.Min. also from Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary.
Pastor David ministered for seventeen years as an Associate Pastor at Church of the Open Door in OH and Calvary Bible Church in MI.
He has been married to his wife, Amy, for 35 years. They have three children, two of whom are married. They began ministry at West Rockport Baptist Church on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2005.

Associate Pastor
Pastor Jed Grant was born in Hanover, Ontario. He was raised in Bolivia as a missionary kid for 10 years. He attended New Brunswick Bible Institute and graduated with a Bachelor of Theology.
He has been married to his wife, Grace, for 3 yeara. They have two kids, Marigold and Alan. They began ministry here at West Rockport Baptist Church on November 9th, 2021.

Sharon Shaw
Church Secretary & Bookkeeper
Sharon Shaw was born in Bath, Maine and raised throughout New England. Her father was a pastor in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island so this required many moves growing up. She has been active throughout her life in church ministries and at Pen Bay Christian School.
She has been married to her husband, Daniel, for 35 years. Sharon has served as church secretary and bookkeeper for nine years at West Rockport Baptist Church.
